Men's Health
November calls for awareness on men's health through mustache growth. Instead, my life revolves around uplifting men's health, a journey I embarked on in 2018. Sharing transformation has been my calling.
Here, find spray can illustrations portraying various moods (cos health is a lot about mood), accompanied by a relevant Bhagavad Gita verse: "Therefore, Arjuna, always think of Me as Kṛṣṇa while carrying out your duty. Dedicate your actions to Me, and with a focused mind and intelligence, you'll undoubtedly attain Me."
This verse resonates because I think a lot—sometimes even about thinking itself! 😂 Overthinking, I've realized, sidelines me from the game of life.
I once asked a devotee, "How do you know if you're thinking too much?" Their reply: "When it takes you out of action."
Overthinking, for me, is an evasion of taking risks. Recently, on an astrologically significant day, I had a breakthrough. A solitary beach day led to introspection, exposing my perceived faults. Yet, I grasped that thoughts are unreal; depression arises from dwelling on imagined flaws. Service emerged as the antidote.
Service dispels disease and depression. When focused on others, these ailments vanish. Krishna advocates fixing the mind on Him. In this state, the mind finds rest in the safest, most sublime space—true peace, unmatched at any other time.
I’m printing this T-shirt!
Over the years, I've crafted approximately three T-shirts, each sporting one or two colors. After creating multiple designs, I shared them on Instagram, initiating a vote, and this particular design emerged victorious! If you're interested in getting one, kindly share your size and address, and I'll provide you with my bank details. The cost will be around $50.
