Consider the notion that our past resides not in the past or present but in the future, shaping our actions.

Reflecting on my transformative experience with the Landmark Forum in 2015, I redefined my relationship with my mother. Recognizing resentment as a persistent complaint, I confronted her, fostering a newfound connection. Now, we're friends and mutual support, a change unimaginable before the Forum.
In the current year, I'm tackling the enduring belief that no one likes me. Instead of seeking external validation through social media, I'm immersing myself in my spiritual practice (shoutout to The Miracle Morning for the inspection), family, career, and rediscovering my unique art style.
