New Year, New Everything

Imagine if each day were truly a blank slate, devoid of the shackles of the past. Many strive for this annually, yet find themselves on autopilot, influenced by resolutions from bygone New Years. What if we could break free, living consistently unburdened by past circumstances, triggers, and beliefs? Consider the notion that our past resides not in the past or present but in the future, shaping our actions.

Picture a world where past experiences no longer dictate your present choices. What if you could strip away disempowering meanings attached to your past, like labeling all suit-wearers as greedy or accepting the notion that you're not a morning person?

Reflecting on my transformative experience with the Landmark Forum in 2015, I redefined my relationship with my mother. Recognizing resentment as a persistent complaint, I confronted her, fostering a newfound connection. Now, we're friends and mutual support, a change unimaginable before the Forum.

In the current year, I'm tackling the enduring belief that no one likes me. Instead of seeking external validation through social media, I'm immersing myself in my spiritual practice (shoutout to The Miracle Morning for the inspection), family, career, and rediscovering my unique art style.
