I dedicate this issue and this video to His Holiness Kadamba Kanana swami who was a rebel with a cause. His cause was the spreading of the maha mantra. He did this through constant chanting and constantly encouraging others to chant even through lockdown. The famous group of travelling chanters called Harinam Ruci are his disciples. By going out every day for decades these men show what it looks like to transcend the material world and all its politics, rules and fears.
The sinful life of the living beings results from ignorance. To destroy that ignorance, He [Gauranga] has brought various weapons, such as His plenary associates, His devotees and the holy name.

Kadamba Kanana swami was a soldier in Lord Chaitanyas army who fought hard. His chanting was fierce and powerful as you can see in this video:
Asides from being a lion among kirtaniyas he was a jovial and light hearted swami. He was approachable and easy to be with.

My offering to Kadamba Kanana swami is a compilation of pictures of Krishnas name at skate parks, music festivals and protests and a video with all my footage from the 3 week sankirtan mission at Parliament that I participated in last year.
